I'm so excited you are here!
I love talking and teaching about money. After all, our money affects how we live and how we live affects our money. As I've taught financial education to thousands over the past 17+ years, I have learned that money is so much more than just numbers. Money, specifically how we spend and save, what we value, and our goals, is behavioral and emotional, it's not about the math.
Why a journal you may ask? Because my book isn't quite ready yet and I want to get something in your hands. Something that can make an immediate difference in your life. I know for me personally, journaling has been an impactful tool I've been using since middle school to help identify what I really want, how I really feel, the vulnerable, the dreams, the doubts, the insecurities and confidences that I don't feel comfortable sharing with others, but NEED to get out, even if in only my private journal.
This journal is more than some empty pages. I have filled it with thoughtful quotes followed by question prompts and extra space to help you dig deeper in each of the areas. My hope? You'll find inspiration to allow money to be a positive in your life, to be good for you and help you do good for others, to provide for your future while helping you enjoy today.
Join me over at Facebook @theallthingsfinancejournal where I'll be teaching, leading, answering, and experiencing with you and others as we explore the journal, the quotes, the prompts and more. But first...order your journal!
My Best,
Steph Lauritsen
